Pastry Chef ‐ Honorary title. Duties include: Creating desserts for special events such as Wine Dinners, Pricing out and creating new dessert menus, creating dessert specials for various occasions, and adapting to dietary requirements of various customers.
Server Assistant ‐ Duties include: Hostess, service of food and beverages (due to my age only non‐alcoholic for now), training new employees on required skill sets, resolving different situations and handling them with appropriate care, dealing with difficult customers during times of high or low stress, and making quick decisions on my feet as to what a situation may call for.
